The Mojito Royale
A classic with a twist: BACARDÍ has created an exclusive cocktail recipe for the collection—the
Mojito Royale, which elevates the popular classic to a whole new level, making it the perfect drink for more festive occasions.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
- 25 ml lime juice
- 10 mint leaves
- 5 grapes
- 2 tsp white cane sugar or 15 ml cane sugar syrup
- 25 ml MARTINI Prosecco
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Garnish: Mint sprig & grapes
Preparation:
Place the grapes, lime juice, and sugar (or syrup) in a large highball glass and muddle the ingredients together. Lightly crush the mint leaves with a bar spoon, then gently mix them with the other ingredients. Add BACARDÍ Carta Blanca and fill the glass with ice cubes. Stir well, then top off with MARTINI Prosecco. Gently fold it in, add more ice if needed, and garnish with mint and grapes.
